Coffin Works – Prices here. Bringing Newman Brothers historical factory back to life. Jewellery Quarter.
Edgbaston Reservoir – free park with Rangers. Also houses rowing and sailing organisations.
Ikon Gallery – free. Contemporary art exhibitions, located in Brindleyplace.
Library of Birmingham – free, Lots of books, roof gardens with great views, and much, much, more. Centenary Square.
Pen Museum – suggested donation £2 per adult. History of pens and nib manufacture. Try using dip pens – even quills. Located in the Jewellery Quarter.
Spring Hill Library – free, vibrant community library. Spring Hill, on the Middleway.

Caligraphy – Saturday workshops for adults at the Pen Museum, Jewellery Quarter. £3 a session, just drop-in. 9:45 & 11:30 (as at 30/03/15)
